Shipping and delivery

 

Shipping methods:

We ship around the world, by Air Mail, insured for the full value of your order, when allowed by the receiving country, with Australia Post.

Some countries, like Canada and Germany, do not allow insurance for overseas parcels posted Air Mail; for those countries, orders are sent by Registered Mail, with Australia Post, not insured.

 

These 2 methods are very economical compared to others (1/2 the cost at least) and very reliable; we never lost a parcel:

The parcel is scanned at our local post office where it is lodged, when it is leaving Australia and when it arrives in the country of destination.

But it is not possible to track it, on the Internet, on Australia Post website or on the adressee's country postal service website, for most countries. ( But is possible after arrival in the U.S. on the U.S.P.S. website)

 

Australian residents orders are sent by Registered Mail.

 

Delivery time from Australia:

Average delivery time used to be between 10 to 14 working days, but the new air freight security measures introduced recently in the US and around the world, make progress of parcels slower than it used to be and an extra one to two weeks has to be expected.

More delay can be expected because of  week ends, holidays or strikes.

Dispatch time:

 

We dispatch  orders within 2 working days of payment received.

As soon as your order is posted, we will advise you by E mail and will inform you of the parcel number.

 

If your parcel is not delivered after 30 days of dispatch ( this happens very rarely), please contact your local Post Office wirth the number we have supplied, then let us know, and we will phone Australia Post to find out where your parcel is.
